Positioning for the Future Talent Acquisition Strategy

DESCRIPTION/COURSE OVERVIEW

This presentation challenges participants to move from a traditional recruitment model to a proactive, future focused talent acquisition strategy designed to strengthen organizational capability and long-term workforce readiness.

By investing in a more strategic, relationship-driven approach, we are positioning the organization to secure top talent, reduce time-to-hire, and strengthen our culture through intentional hiring practices.  Ultimately, this forward-looking strategy ensures we have the people, skills and capabilities required to support the company’s growth and long-term success.

Through an interactive approach, we will walk through a roadmap to move from current to future.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

  • Participants will be able to differentiate between recruiting activities and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Participants will be able to develop a roadmap attracting, engaging, and retaining high quality candidates aligned with business goals.
  • Participants will learn about practical ways to make better decisions, increase efficiency, and reduce time to hire using Artificial Intelligence.
