The Susquehanna Human Resource Management Association is the leading voice of the human resource profession, representing the interests of many Human Resource Specialists, educators and businesses throughout the Susquehanna Valley in Central Pennsylvania.

Our membership encompasses Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties. To qualify for membership, at least 50% of your job function must be in the human resources field. As a member you will receive discounted rates on monthly program meetings, yearly seminars and related material.

Becoming a member of SHRMA also provides great networking opportunities! Meetings are generally held the third Tuesday of each month with a mix of breakfast and dinner meetings. Recent program topics included: Social Media in the Workplace, Legal and Legislative Updates, Unemployment Compensation - Rapid Response among others.
